That would be my creamy chicken, cheese, broccoli, mushroom, rice, macaroni and bacon casserole. I call it the ARTERY CLOGGER!!!!!!
My own doctored up version of Chicken Divan. Tender chicken on a bed of rice cooked in broth. Broccoli, lots of cheese with a creamy sauce over all. Topped with slivered almonds. To die for!!

Horribly calorie laden and I think about it all the time.
Cashew Caramel Cracker Bars. They are the best chocolate-based thing I have EVER had...and nowhere near as hard to make as the recipe makes it seem:

You can use any kind of nuts, or no nuts at all, if you don't like them. And here's someone else talking about how great they are!:

I'm telling you, these are delicious and addictive. Great for the holidays.

My favorite snack/appetizer is this Mexican dip. It looks a little strange, but everyone who tastes it goes nuts for it. Very quick and easy to slap together. Once I have it, I crave it for daaaaays. You can play around with the ingredients if you like (more cheese, less chili, etc.).

MEXICAN DIP:

1 large container whipped cream cheese

1 can chili (I like no-bean, but you can use bean chili if you like)

1 1/2 to 2 cups cheddar or Mexican mix shredded cheese

1 cup sliced black olives, optional

Sliced jalapenos, optional

Tortilla chips

Use a square 8x8'; baking dish. Cover the bottom of the pan with the cream cheese with a spatula or spoon. Spread the chili in an even layer on top of this, then cover with the shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, sprinkle the olives, jalapenos, or whatever else you like (tomatoes might be good, etc.) on top and bake another 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly. Eat with tortilla chips. It's delicious!
Creamy Chicken Curry in Tortea Wraps!!

To die for!!! Melts in ya mouth and I just can't stop thinking about it.

I've eaten it for all my 3 meals in a day for like a month or two noce just coz i can.
Lasagne. Mine is THE best in the world. I have to cut it in small squares and freeze it or I end up eating the whole pan in a few days. But I can't tell you the recipe, ancient family secret.
mine would have to be apple cider chicken, one of my old bosses taught me how to make it and its really good! its the only thing my husband actually asks me to make for him over and over again
Tangerine and avocado chicken salad.
