OMG!I make these giant chocolate chip cookies that my friends absolutely LOOOVE!
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE in preheated 375-degree [Fahrenheit] oven for 14 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Use this recipe. You WLL NEED a 12 inch Diameter Pizza Pan. That is extremely important. Put the dough in it and smooth the surface of the dough to make it even. The cookie will rise slightly in the oven.

Ingredients:
16 tablespoons (two sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup (about 4 ounces) finely-crushed salted plain potato chips, packed (see note)
1 cup white chocolate chips, chilled
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
Whisk together flour and cornstarch. Set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar. Gradually add flour and mix well. Add vanilla and potato chips and mix well. Fold in cold chocolate chips. Chill 15 to 30 minutes.
Scoop out walnut-sized balls of dough with a small ice cream scoop or spoon and drop onto ungreased parchment-covered cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Take a flat-bottomed drinking glass, dip in powdered sugar, and gently flatten the cookies slightly. (Don't flatten too much or make them too large as they will be too thin and will crumble easily.)
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 to 14 minutes until edges are faintly golden. Let cool 5 minutes before removing with a spatula to racks. Let cookies cool before serving and storing. Have fun asking your guests to guess the secret potato chip ingredient.
Yield: 3 to 4 dozen cookies
Note: Use the thin-style plain potato chips, not the thicker wavy, ruffled or kettle chips. Do not use the composite chips like Pringles®. To crush chips, place in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush the potato chips, shifting frequently to be sure they are uniformly crushed. The crushed chips should be just slightly larger than large grains of kosher salt.
If you like doritos, I have a recipe for Dorito Casserole:
1 bag of nacho cheese doritos
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm can of enchilada sauce
1 can of hormel chili with beans
mix all together and bake at 350 for 25 min. Add more cheese and chips on top and bake 5 more minutes. Hope you like it, its not totally junk food but its really easy.
i love making late-night bread sticks. their great for sleepovers,parties,etc.
1 thawed bread dough
grated marble cheese
Parmesan cheese
half a teaspoon of italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder(or onion powder)
butter/margarine
take all dry ingredients and cheeses into a medium sized bowl. melt approximately 5 tablespoons of butter.
preheat oven to 400
divide the bread dough into 16 balls. roll the ball into a 6'; rope and dip in melted butter. take the rope and roll in the cheese mixture. lay out on a bake pan. do until all the bread dough is used. place in oven for 10-13 minutes.
OPTION:
after dividing the dough, instead of rolling into a 6'; rope lay flat the dough and place a piece of mozzarella cheese inside and fold up. continue the process. this makes bread sticks with a cheesy centre!

1/ Melt the chocolate
2/ Put the oats/cornflakes into bowl
3/ Pour melted chocolate and mix up
4/ Enjoy!*
*if you want, you can make individual cakes by using little cake cases so you don't eat the mixture all at once, lol!

this is a simple snack my friends and I make once in awhile:
slices two bannanas
then coat them in penut butter
***freeze for an hour***
then melt 4 hersey bars
and dip in hershey bars
**freeze for another hour***
so tasty when finished!
Pine apple stuffing!
It is wonder bread and pine apples with sugar. My grandmother made it for me all the time for the top of my ice cream
watergate salad...marshmellows, crushed pineapples, coolwhip, and pistachio pudding mixed it all together
