Chicken soup:
cut chicken into chunks and cook in a skillet with olive oil and garlic until done
Fill a pot 3/4 full of water and add two chicken bullion cubes bring to a boil.
Cut carrots, celery, and what ever vegetables you want to add to pot. Add chicken. add egg noodles and cook until noodles are tender.
Cole slaw:
I buy the slaw mix (cabbage, celery and carrots) and slaw dressing at Walmart and mix them together.
Gravy:
I make biscuits and gravy by cooking sausage, adding flour and water to the skillet and stirring in black pepper and salt. It is kind of lumpy. My children love western food especially chicken chop. Can anyone help me with the recipe?
no
the only ';chicken chop'; recipes I see are Cantonese.
brown sauce and pepper!!!!!
use dripping (greese) frm sort of meat about 1 tlb sp.
add 2 tbl sp. flour
itll get thick- let it cook for a bit to cook out the flour taste- its called making a roe(spelling?)
then slowly add water to thickness u desire
salt and pepper to taste
you can also caramlize sm onions befor you add the flour-that makes it taste good
and add a little bit of soy sauce for color and taste
Here's a website the contains many chicken recipes. I hope this helps http://lifestyle.msn.com/foodandentertai鈥?/a>
gravy is made by using the drippings, the chicken bits that are stuck to the pan the chicken was cooked in the oven in. After roasting the chicken, you take it out of the pan and add a bit of water to loosen up all the stuck down brown bits on the bottom of the pan. reheat the pan and then thicken the mixture with flour and water made into a slurry, add this to the chicken pan over heat and it will thicken up to a gravy consistency. it doesn't take long, 5 mins max.
