Here you go, one of my favorites It is a latin dessert called tres leches (3 milks)
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 1/4 cup cake flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/3 cup oil
* 5 eggs, large
* 1 teaspoon plus 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 cup plus 1/2 cup milk
* 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
* 1 cup plus 3/4 cup heavy cream
* 1 tablespoon rum
* 1 pinch salt
* optional garnishes- fresh berries or cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Combine flour and baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the oil, sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add the eggs to the sugar mixture one at a time until well combined. Stir in the 1/2 cup of milk, then gently fold in the flour mixture a little at a time.
Pour batter into a lightly greased cake pan or baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until it feels firm and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool until it feels room temperature.
Turn it over onto a platter with raised edges. Pierce cake with a fork 20-30 times. Let it cool in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes.
Whisk together 1 cup milk, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup heavy cream and rum. Slowly pour over cooled cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Occasionally, spoon the milk runoff back onto the cake.
In a mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 Tablespoon sugar. Beat until peaks form. Spread a thin layer over the cake.
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or garnish with fresh berries.FOOD recipe needed?

HillBilly Cake
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can (20 ounces) undrained crushed pineapple
(The pineapple can be sweetened or unsweetened)
1 cup light brown sugar (For Cake Topping)
1 cup chopped walnuts (For Cake Topping)
Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Top with the light brown sugar and the chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes.
*THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PINEAPPLE CAKE!*

1 can of fruit cocktail, drained (Use juice for something else)
1 envelope of Dream Whip
Whip the envelope of Dream Whip. Add in the drained fruit cocktail. Combine together until mixed. Eat and enjoy.

Mix the cherries, cool whip, and yogurt together and put in pie crust and then dot with strawberries.

Apple Juice Freeze Dessert
Put the apple juice in a cake pan and put it in the freezer. Let it get semi-hard and take it out of freezer and take a fork and completely break it up into slush and refreeze it until semi-hard again. Take it out of the freezer and take a fork and completely break it up into slush again and refreeze again. You will then have an apple juice freeze dessert.

Here is an easy recipe for Fudge
All you need is
three 6oz.packs of semi-sweet choc chips
1 can 14oz. condensed milk(not evaporated milk)
1%26amp;1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt
1/2-1 cup of chopped nuts
microwave in a 1 quart glass bowl chips,salt,%26amp; milk for 3 mins.Stir until mixture is smooth.Stir in vanilla extract %26amp;nuts. Spread evenly into a wax paper lined 8-or9-inch square pan. Chill in the Fridge for about 2 or 3 hours or until firm.Turn fudge onto a cutting board %26amp; cut into squares then peel off wax paper.Store in a covered container.
You can also substitute 6 oz. of semi-sweet choc chip for 6 oz. of milk chocolate chips for milk chocolate fudge or add 2 cups miniature marshmallows for creamy fudge for either recipe. Also this is only 1 bowl and 1 pan to clean and it taste great.
TAFFY APPLE PIZZA
Yield: 12 servings
1 pkg 20 oz refrigerated sugar Cookie dough
3 tbsp Flour
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese softened
1/4 c Creamy peanut butter
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 medium Granny smith apples
1 c Lemon lime soda
Cinnamon
1/4 c Caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c Chopped peanuts
preheat oven to 375 degrees. remove 1/2 cup of
cookie dough and reserve for another use. add flour to
remaining dough and knead with hands to combine.
press dough into 14 inch circle on 15 inch baking
stone. bake for 15-20 min. or until cookie is lightly
browned. let cool for 10 min. then loosen from stone.
cool completely. blend cream cheese, peanut butter,
brown sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.
spread on cooled cookie. peel, core and slice apples.
dip apple slices in lemon-lime soda to prevent
browning. arrange apple slices on cream cheese
mixture. sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. heat caramel
topping slightly and drizzle over apples. sprinkle
chopped nuts over pizza. cut and serve.

CHOCOLATE CHIP PIZZA
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Margarine
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 1/2 c Flour
Miniature marshmallows
Chocolate chips
Stir sugars together. Blend in margarine, peanut
butter, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour to make a soft
dough. Press into pizza pan and bake for 10 minutes
at 375 degrees F. Sprinkle with marshmallows and
chocolate chips and bake for an additional 5 to 8
minutes or until nicely browned.
Makes 6 servings...
here's a cake my mom used to make, and I love it!
Apple Cake
G鈥橫a Bloom
4 cups diced apples
2 cups sugar
1 cup raisins
1 tsp salt
1 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup walnuts
2 cups flour
2 陆 cups apple juice
2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
鈥?Mix apples, sugar, raisins, salt. Let stand 1 hour
鈥?Add oil, eggs and walnuts.
鈥?Sift in flour, juice, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
鈥?Pour into greased cake pan, 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
鈥?Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
PEACH PIE

2 16 oz. cans sliced peaches in syrup
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 pie crusts (top and bottom)
cinnamon sugar
Preheat oven to 400掳F degrees. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup syrup.
In a saucepan, mix together sugar, flour, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Add reserved syrup and cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture becomes thick and bubbly.
Add butter, lemon juice and peaches. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, line a 9 inch pie dish with pie crust; fill.
Using a wavy-edged pastry wheel, cut upper pastry crust into lattice strips (optional). Put lattice strips on top of filled pie and dust with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 400掳F degrees 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with vanilla ice cream topped with peach syrup or garnished simply with a sprig of fresh mint.

CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE
(NO BAKE)
INGREDIENTS:
1 large package Vanilla instant pudding
1 small package Vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 8oz. container Cool Whip
1 box Honey Graham Crackers
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Mix together and beat for 3 minutes on low speed, vanilla pudding and milk.
2.) Fold in Cool Whip.
3.) Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with 1 layer of graham crackers, pour 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers.
4.) Make a second layer of crackers and pour remaining pudding over crackers.
5.) Make a 3rd layer of crackers over pudding.
6.) Prepare Topping.
Topping
Beat until smooth with mixer:
6 Tablespoons cocoa
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
2 Tablespoons softened margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons white Karo syrup
2 Tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Spread evenly over chilled cakes. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Kreamy Kool-Aid Pie
1-(6 g) package un sweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix
1-(14 oz.)can sweetened condensed milk
1-(8 oz)container Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed.
1-(9 inch) Graham Cracker Pie Crust (or Cookie crust)
Cool Whip for top (optional)
1. In a medium bowl mix Kool-Aid and condensed milk, thoroughly.
2. Fold in Cool Whip.
4. If desired, spread more Cool Whip on top.
5. Chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
I鈥檝e used: Strawberry鈥herry鈥emon-lime (Key-Lime Pie)鈥?Lemonade (Lemon Pie鈥ight add some yellow food coloring for a more lemony look.)
5 Minute Key Lime Pie
1/4 cup water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar-free lime flavor Jell-o (gelatin)
2 containers (6 oz. each) fat-free (Weight Watcher鈥檚) Key Lime Pie yogurt
1 8oz. tub fat-free whipped topping
1 reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
1.) Heat water to boiling in microwave, whisk in gelatin.
2.) In large bowl combine gelatin %26amp; yogurt.
3.) Fold in whipped topping.
4.) Spread in pie crust.
Refrigerate until set.
Hershey鈥檚 Cocoa Cream Pie
(The best chocolate flavor I鈥檝e found!)
陆 c. Hershey鈥檚 cocoa
1 录 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
录 tsp. Salt
3 c. milk
3 TBLS. Butter or margarine
1 陆 tsp vanilla
1 baked pie crust, cooled or a graham cracker crust
1.) In medium saucepan, stir together until well-blended cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
2.) Gradually add milk to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
3.) Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat.
4.) Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
5.) Pour into pie crust, cool.
6.) Top with meringue or cool whip.
EASY CHOCOLATE PIE
Mix together, thoroughly:
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 small pkg. Chocolate Fudge instant pudding
Add %26amp; mix together:
1 small tub of Cool Whip
Pour into a graham cracker crust pie shell - refrigerate.
Serve with more Cool Whip (optional )
Variations: Use any flavor pudding you like.
SARA LEE TIRAMISU (easy)
(I鈥檝e not made this yet鈥?gave recipe to someone who did鈥iked it鈥?made in large pan鈥?not individual servings))
Tiramisu 鈥?
Ingredients:
1 Sara lee pound cake (10 3/4oz.)
16 oz Non-dairy whipped topping;
1/4 c Strong-brewed coffee
1/2 c Sweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
Cut pound cake vertically into 10 equal-size slices.
Drizzle coffee over each slice; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and 1/4 cup cocoa, mixing until blended.
Place 5 cake slices on a flat surface.
Evenly spread a thick layer of whipped topping mixture over each slice.
Top each with a second cake slice, sandwich-style.
Transfer to individual dessert plates.
Spread each cake ';sandwich'; with whipped topping mixture.
Cut ';sandwiches'; diagonally in half.
Sprinkle with remaining cocoa; serve immediately.
ORANGE DELIGHT
INGREDIENTS:
1 small box vanilla pudding
1 small box tapioca pudding
1 small box orange jell-o
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup orange juice
1 envelope Dream Whip, prepared
(or small container Cool Whip)
1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Thoroughly blend: vanilla pudding, tapioca pudding %26amp; jell-o.
2.) Combine dry ingredients with boiling water, cook to rapid boil, over medium heat, taking care not to scorch stirring constantly.
3.) Remove from heat and add orange juice, cool completely to room temperature.
4.) Fold in Dream Whip/Cool Whip and oranges. Refrigerate until set.
Variations:
I鈥檝e used Cherries - cherry jell-0 - cherry juice...%26amp;...Strawberries - strawberry pudding -strawberry jell-o - strawberry juice. All 鈥榞ood鈥?
PUMPKIN PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
1 small box vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin mix)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon gloves
DIRECTIONS:
Combine pudding mix and milk in mixing bowl, mix well. Add pumpkin and spices. Mix thoroughly. Pour into serving dishes, chill until set.
Hint:
I have used butterscotch pudding,
Can substitute 1 3/4 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon/ginger/ gloves spices.
For a lower calorie pudding use fat-free pudding %26amp; skim milk.
PINEAPPLE WHIP
MIX THOROUGHLY:
20oz. can crushed pineapple (Do not drain!)
1 small package White Chocolate Instant Pudding
ADD %26amp; MIX THOROUGHLY:
16oz. Vanilla Fat-Free Yogurt
ADD %26amp; MIX THOROUGHLY:
8oz. container Fat-Free Cool Whip
Refrigerate about an hour before serving.
ROBERT REDFORD DESSERT
INGREDIENTS %26amp; INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOTTOM LAYER:
Melt 1 stick butter
Add 1/2 cup nuts and 1 cup flour.
Press into bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
MIDDLE LAYER:
Blend together 1 8oz. package cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in 1/2 small tub Cool Whip. Mix well.
TOP LAYER:
Mix together until mixture begins to thicken:
1 large package vanilla instant pudding %26amp; 1 large package instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk.
Spread on middle layer and chill to set. Spread remaining cool whip on top %26amp; garnish with nuts %26amp; grated chocolate if desired.
DIRT PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound bag of Oreo鈥檚
1 large box of instant vanilla pudding
1 small container of Cool Whip
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Crush 3/4 bag of Oreo鈥檚 and spread in 9 x 13 baking dish.
2.) Make pudding as directed on package.
3.) Add Cool Whip %26amp; sugar, spread over crushed Oreo鈥檚.
4.) Crush remaining Oreo鈥檚 and sprinkle on top of pudding mixture. Refrigerate.
This is my way of making banana pudding....how do you make yours.
I usually double the recipe....never any left-overs.
Ingredients:
Bananas
Use instant Banana pudding or vanilla pudding fix by directions on box.
Cool Whip...add to pudding mix thoroughly.
Vanilla wafers
Toasted coconut.
Line serving dish with a layer of vanilla wafers (a row up the sides of dish, also.)
Add a layer of sliced of bananas
Gently cover with a layer of 1/2 pudding mixture.
Make a second layer of wafers, bananas %26amp; pudding.
Top with some toasted coconut and/or crushed vanilla wafers.
