Really good? Homemade hamburger macaroni. Just brown beef, drain some fat off, season, add onions and carrots if you want and stew with a little beef stock and thicken with a little flour. Then mix with boiled pasta.

These people have no idea what are they talking about.If it was macaroni with ground beef (picadillo) is macaroni Bolognesa.Can be done with all pastas, Spaghettis is great too.
